Snatch & run: Man dresses up as transgender to strike in Delhi

Police in New Delhi have apprehended a man named Deepak Yadav, who disguised himself as a transgender person named Shivani to commit theft and snatchings. Yadav targeted drivers at traffic signals, approaching them for money and then snatching their wallets. He was caught after a chase by an e-rickshaw driver and a nearby patrol team. Yadav, who confessed to his crimes, used the stolen money to fund his drug addiction. He is also linked to several other criminal cases in Delhi.
