Wednesday, 3 January 2024 Former chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan turned emotional while addressing his supporters on Tuesday, saying that sometimes one waits for "rajtilak" (coronation) but ends up in "vanvas" (exile).Chouhan, who was addressing a gathering in Shahganj town under his Budhni assembly seat on January 2, promised that he will continue to be among the people, especially his sisters.The four-time chief minister, who was instrumental in BJP's landslide victory in the recent Madhya Pradesh elections, had to make way for Mohan Yadav last month after the party decided to go for a new line of leadership in the state.
