Dawood Ibrahim's childhood home put up for auction in Mumbai

Dawood Ibrahim's childhood house and three other properties owned by his family in Maharashtra's Ratnagiri went under the hammer on Friday. ​ The properties were registered under the name of Dawod Ibrahim's mother, Amina Bi. The auction was organised under the Safema act, officials said. The auction took place at the Aayakar Bhavan in south Mumbai. Only two of the four listed properties, which received four and three bidders, respectively, attracted successful bids, with a single person emerging as the successful bidder for both.
