Human excreta dumped near Mum-Goa highway at Palaspe; activists complain

City activists who recently witnessed a septic tank dumping a large quantity of human excreta near the Mumbai-Goa highway in Panvel taluka, have complained to the Zilla Parishad officials of Raigad district. The activists added that such illegal dumping of human waste leads to foul smell in the entire Palaspe region.
