Cranes on Dwarka E'way will only operate in clear weather to avoid disrupting Delhi Airport's runway 29L's CAT III compliance. IGIA's CAT III runway 28/10 is set to open this week. The number of CAT II/III pilots in India has surged to nearly 6,200 in the last nine years, a 2.5-fold increase.
