Techie shot 4 times in Pune hotel, friend held in Mumbai

Vandana Dwivedi, a software engineer, was found murdered in a hotel room near Laxmi Chowk in Pune. The suspect, Rishabh Nigam, was arrested and confessed to the crime, stating that he was in a relationship with Vandana for 12 years and killed her because he felt neglected.
