Pigeon collared as a possible Chinese spy is freed after 8 months

The bird, detained due to cursive messages in ancient Chinese and a sensitive microchip on its legs, was innocent. The delay in releasing the pigeon sparked controversy with PETA India and the veterinary hospital accusing the police of being unresponsive.
