Kerala IUML chief justifies temple, accused of defending RSS agenda

Panakkad Syed Sadikali Shihab Thangal, the Kerala chief of the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML), has sparked controversy by portraying the Ram Temple in Ayodhya and the proposed mosque to replace the Babri Masjid as "illustrations of India's secularism that should be embraced." Indian National League (INL) has decried Thangal’s words as “welcoming Sangh Parivar’s agenda”.
