Engineer’s shift to Delhi to steer his family out of crisis ends in tragedy

Mechanical engineer Vivek Kumar was murdered by three juvenile snatchers in Delhi. The victim had come to Delhi from Uttar Pradesh to support his family and his mother's medical treatment. Police may try one of the accused as an adult.
