PM Modi thinks states are municipalities, says Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin

Tamil Nadu CM M K Stalin on Thursday highlighted the plight of several chief ministers who are forced to protest against the Centre for their rights. Stalin said, PM Modi sees states as municipalities, since he is not giving the rightful dues to the states. Adding more Stalin said, "Former PM VP Singh did not created such situaion for the chief ministers, but PM Modi is regarding states as municipalities. He doesn't seem to like States or chief ministers, though he had been chief minister of Gujarat before becoming Prime Minister."
