COVID-19: India records 163 fresh cases, 2 deaths

Since early 2020, India has had over 4.5 crore COVID-19 infections and 5.3 lakh deaths. However, more than 4.4 crore people have recovered. The health ministry's website reports 220.67 crore vaccine doses administered.
