Girl killed by strays in Bijnor; 10th in 15 mths

A 4-year-old girl named Soni was mauled to death by stray dogs in Nagla Maheshwari, UP's Bijnor district. Two other girls, aged 5 and 7, accompanying her to the sugarcane farms were critically injured. This incident adds to the 10 such deaths, including six children, in the past 15 months in the district.
