Told to slow down, banker rams man, drags him 3km on bonnet in Ghaziabad

Tarang Jain, a private bank manager, drove his car into a man in Vaishali and drove for almost 3km with the man clinging to the bonnet. He was arrested, along with his two friends. The incident occurred after an argument and hurling of abuses. Charges have been filed against Jain and his friends under various sections of the IPC.
