88-year-old Kerala farmer's paragliding adventure dream set to take off

An 88-year-old farmer, Philip Jose Tharappel, is preparing for a paragliding adventure in Vagamon with a seasoned pilot from 'Fly Vagamon'. If he takes off on Thursday, he will become Vagamon's oldest paraglider. His desire for skydiving was ignited by tales from his grandson in Abu Dhabi.
