Man-wildlife conflicts now a state-specific disaster in Kerala

The cabinet declared human-wildlife conflicts as a state-specific disaster and set up committees to address the issue. Remedial measures include social media groups, temporary forest watchers, communication equipment, water sources, inter-state coordination, guidelines for eliminating wild boars, and KIIFB fund allocation.
