Borivli bldg's car park platform falls 16 floors, 3 workers killed

Three workers died and one was critically wounded after an under-construction car park platform collapsed at a Borivli West building site due to the collapse of scaffolding. BMC issued a stop-work notice for failing to adhere to safety norms. Police filed an FIR against the contractor, site engineer, and foreman under IPC.
