Gandhinagar: Paytm told to compensate for harassment

Paytm ordered to compensate Arvind Patani with Rs 2,000 for withholding payment. The commission deemed Paytm's actions as harassment towards lower economic strata and ordered a refund with 9% interest and Rs 1,000 litigation cost.
