Phone-tapping: Look out circulars against 2 ex-Telangana top cops

A day after two additional SPs were arrested for their alleged roles in surveillance of chief minister A Revanth Reddy and other opposition leaders when BRS was in govt in Telangana, Hyderabad police on Sunday issued look out circulars (LOCs) against former Special Intelligence Bureau (SIB) chief T Prabhakar Rao and former deputy commissioner of police (task force) Radha Kishan in the case.
