Second spouse, kin can't be prosecuted under bigamy law: Karnataka HC

Karnataka high court clarified that only the person marrying during an existing marriage can be prosecuted for bigamy under IPC section 494, not the second spouse or family, as ruled by Justice Govindaraj.
