Flight stuck after boarding? Now, you can alight & use departure gate to go to terminal and wait

In case of long flight delays or other emergencies after boarding, flyers will be able to alight from the plane through the departure gate and wait at the terminal, instead of sitting holed up in the plane while waiting for it to take off, as per new BCAS guidelines.
