Advertising on TV for the Indian Premier League (IPL) saw a 9% rise in ad volume per channel for the first 31 matches, revealed a TAM Media report today. The top advertisers and categories this season saw a significant increase of 38% and 59% respectively compared to last year's IPL. Ecom-gaming dominated the category list in all 16 IPL matches this year.
