Pilot, businessman held 25 years ago for smuggling forex acquitted

In 1998, Captain Harinder Pal Singh and Kamlesh Vyas were acquitted by the Customs court for attempting to smuggle foreign currency out of India. The recent closure of the long-standing case marks the end of legal proceedings.
