Isro reveals reason behind 4-second delay in Chandrayaan-3 lift-off

According to a recent report by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), the Chandrayaan-3 moon mission of India encountered a four-second delay during launch. This delay was implemented as a precautionary measure to mitigate potential collisions with debris objects and satellites. The chairperson of Isro presented the Indian Space Situational Assessment Report (ISSAR) for 2023 on April 2.
