Residents of Jayanagar 4th T Block performed a puja at a troublesome pothole on Varamahalakshmi festival to draw BBMP's attention to their plight. Frustrated by the inaction despite numerous complaints, they decorated the pothole and conducted the ritual, hoping it would finally prompt action.
