Less than 30% Of Delhiites got zero bill in peak season

An intense summer increased electricity bills in Delhi, with less than 30% of homes receiving zero bills during May-July. The number of consumers paying over Rs 2,000 monthly rose significantly due to high use of cooling appliances. While AAP defends free electricity for the poor, BJP criticizes the scheme as benefiting only a small section.
