Opposition MPs stage walk out of JPC meeting on Waqf Bill

Opposition MPs, including members from Congress, Shiv Sena, DMK, AIMIM, Samajwadi Party, and AAP, walked out of a joint parliamentary committee meeting on the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2024, alleging derogatory remarks by a BJP member. They plan to raise the issue with the Lok Sabha speaker.
