SC denies dad of minor in Pune Porsche crash pre-arrest bail

The Supreme Court of India has rejected the anticipatory bail plea of a father accused of tampering with evidence to protect his minor son. The son was allegedly a passenger in a Porsche involved in a fatal accident that killed two people in Pune. The father is accused of conspiring to swap his son's blood samples to conceal his alleged intoxication during the incident.
