'Entire North-East including Assam is Ashtalakshmi of India': PM Modi at 1st Bodoland festival

Prime Minister Modi calls North-East India 'Ashtalakshmi'. He addressed the Bodoland Mahotsav in Delhi. The government allocated a special package for Bodoland's development. The Prime Minister expressed satisfaction with the progress made in Bodoland after the peace accord. Over 10,000 youths in Assam chose peace over violence.
