Supreme Court orders SC tag for non-Dalit wife’s children

The Supreme Court annulled a marriage between a non-Dalit woman and a Dalit man, granting the woman divorce and ordering the man to secure Scheduled Caste certificates for their children. The children will remain with their mother but be recognized as SCs for educational and employment benefits.
