The Supreme Court eased anti-pollution measures in the National Capital Region (NCR), shifting from GRAP Stage 4 to GRAP-2 due to improved air quality. However, the court mandated immediate implementation of GRAP-3 if the Air Quality Index (AQI) exceeds 350 and GRAP-4 if it surpasses 400.
