Telangana CWC drops 'bonding exercise' between kids & couples who bought them

IndiaTimes Thursday, 12 December 2024

The children, aged seven months to four years, will remain in government shelters until legally adoptable. Authorities decided against the exercise to avoid setting a precedent that could validate illegal adoptions.
