NIA achieves 100% conviction rate in 2024 with major terrorism crackdowns

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) achieved a 100% conviction rate in 2024 with 68 convictions from 25 cases. They arrested 210 individuals, linked to crimes including left-wing extremism and Khalistani terrorism, and conducted 662 raids. The year also saw the attachment of properties worth Rs 19.57 crore and notable charges and extraditions related to terrorism.
