Nashik: 19-year-old sentenced to life for raping toddler

A 19-year-old from Dindori has been sentenced to life imprisonment by the Nashik district and sessions judge for sexually assaulting a minor in June 2024. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 50,000, with an additional year of imprisonment if unpaid. The case was prosecuted under IPC section 376 and the Pocso Act, 2012.
