Appeal against Raja acquittal in 2G case ripe for hearing: CBI

The CBI has urged the Delhi High Court for multiple dates to hear its appeal against the acquittal of former telecom minister A Raja and 16 others in the 2G spectrum allocation case. The appeal, submitted in 2018, challenges the 2017 special court verdict that acquitted Raja, DMK MP Kanimozhi, and others of corruption charges.
