Beggars back on Bhopal streets after brief investors' summit hiatus, officials pass the buck over ban

A month after the begging ban in Bhopal, beggars have returned to city roads, including traffic signals and religious places. The crackdown initially reduced their presence, but lack of rigorous enforcement has led to their resurgence. Officials admit that enforcement efforts need to be strengthened as only seven beggars have been housed in the designated shelter.
