IHFL, DB promoters get relief in DHFL-Yes Bank loan fraud case

The special court rejected the CBI chargesheet against Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd and others in the Rs 4,733 crore DHFL-Yes Bank loan fraud case, citing insufficient evidence. The court also cancelled lookout circulars for several involved individuals and noted the lack of proof against DB Realty promoters and their associate firms.
