Bengaluru property owners to face 100% fine on tax dues from April 1

BBMP Special Commissioner, Munish Moudgil, urged an intensified effort to collect outstanding property tax before the 2024-25 fiscal year ends. With Rs 4,604 crore collected of a Rs 5,210 crore target, stringent measures including penalties and interest will begin April 1st for defaulters.
