Noida Authority to take back land given for DND, toll firm opposes move

Noida Authority plans to reclaim 330 acres of unused land allotted to the Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited (NTBCL) for the DND Flyway after the Supreme Court made the road toll-free. NTBCL argues this violates its 30-year concession agreement and threatens legal action.
