Delhi LG's defamation case: Delhi court rejects Medha Patkar's appeal against conviction

A Delhi Court dismissed Medha Patkar's appeal against her 2001 defamation conviction. The court upheld the sentencing of five months imprisonment and a Rs. 10 lakh fine for defaming V K Saxena. Patkar is required to appear in person for sentencing on April 8.
