'Uncovering deeper layers of conspiracy': What NIA told court while seeking Tahawwur Rana's custody

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has informed a special court that Tahawwur Rana, accused in the Mumbai attacks, had planned similar attacks in other Indian cities. Following his extradition from the US, the NIA sought Rana's prolonged custody to uncover the full scope of the conspiracy, suspecting that the tactics used in Mumbai were intended for execution elsewhere.
