11 years on, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh still at odds over Rs 9,000 crore loans

While the Union Home Ministry suggests allocating loan responsibilities based on project location, Telangana insists on a population-based division as per the Reorganisation Act, fearing a significant financial burden.
