CBI slices into pizza bribe plot, IRS officer caught with Rs 1 crore cash, 3.5kg gold

IRS officer Amit Kumar Singal and his associate Harsh Kotak were arrested by the CBI for allegedly accepting a ₹25 lakh bribe. Raids on Singal's properties uncovered ₹1 crore in cash, gold, and silver. The arrest followed a complaint by La Pino'z Pizza owner Sanam Kapoor, who accused Singal of demanding money to settle an income tax notice.
