Ahmedabad businessman refuses to pay extortion money, attacked with sticks, pipes, knives; assault caught on CCTV
Sunday, 8 June 2025 () In Ghodasar, Ahmedabad, businessman Kamlesh Santani was allegedly attacked early Sunday morning for refusing to pay extortion money demanded by Jay Gadhvi. Santani reported that Gadhvi, along with eight others, assaulted him with sticks, pipes, and knives, causing severe injuries. The Vatva GIDC police have registered a case of attempt to murder, unlawful assembly, and extortion following the incident.
