Traffic cop hit by speeding truck, dies

In a tragic incident on NH-33 in Hazaribag, Jharkhand, a speeding truck struck a police bike, resulting in the death of constable Nand Kishore Thakur. The accident occurred while Thakur and constable Gajender Singh were patrolling near a toll plaza. Singh sustained injuries and is currently receiving treatment in a Ranchi hospital as authorities search for the truck driver.
