Ensure rallyists occupy only 1/3rd of road: HC to Kol cops

Calcutta High Court has directed Kolkata Police to ensure that rallies and marches occupy no more than one-third of a road's width. Justice Tirthankar Ghosh issued the order while permitting Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha to protest against a law college sexual assault. The rally is scheduled for Wednesday.
