Six death-row convicts await HC verdict for over 3 yrs

IndiaTimes Tuesday, 15 July 2025

Advocate Fauzia Shakil argues this inaction violates the right to speedy justice, noting Justice Rongon Mukhopadhyay presided over most of these cases. The court had previously addressed similar delays from the same judge.
