Karnataka campus row: Students say they were made to wear hijab during field trip; university orders probe

He is alleged to have coerced female students to wear the hijab during field trips to Islamic cultural sites in Kalaburagi and Bidar. The Legal Rights Protection Forum filed a formal complaint, prompting the university to form a committee to examine the allegations.
