Bageshwar infant death: Uttarakhand government orders fresh probe after gaps in initial report
Friday, 1 August 2025 () Following the death of a one-year-old child at Bageshwar District Hospital, the Uttarakhand government has ordered a detailed investigation due to dissatisfaction with the initial inquiry report. The district magistrate will conduct a thorough probe, and show cause notices have been issued to involved medical professionals.
