Torrential rain and cloudbursts in Jammu and Kashmir have caused devastating flash floods and landslides, resulting in 11 deaths in Ramban and Reasi districts. A couple and their five children were among those buried alive. The Jammu-Srinagar national highway partially reopened after being suspended for five days.
