Shooting in Boston leaves seven injured: Police

Seven people were shot in Boston on Saturday morning, the police said. The police confirmed the arrest of the suspects, adding that firearms were recovered. The victims, who sustained non-fatal bullet wounds, were subsequently transported to nearby hospitals.
